How does the free tier work?
The free tier includes 5,000 word credits valid for 14 days. You can analyze multiple chapters within this limit. No credit card is required to get started.
What happens when my credits expire?
When credits expire, you'll need to purchase a new package. Your manuscript data is preserved, but you won't be able to analyze new chapters until you have active credits.
Is my manuscript data secure?
Yes. Your manuscripts are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties.
What powers the analysis?
The analysis is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Your manuscript text is analyzed once and immediately discarded—we never store or train on your content.
Can I export my data?
Your narrative state data (character locations, object possession, story threads, etc.) is always accessible through your account. Note that manuscript text is discarded after processing and is not stored. You can print your narrative state using the print button in your account.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits. Contact our support team for refund requests.
